jack's big stride - jack - 6 - felicity - quarter horse
Jack is a 2004 gelding. He is a champion barrel racer, reiner, and cutter, and has gained quite a reputation. He is worth four million dollars, and have a golden attitude. Jack is your typical quarter horse. Ready to please any way possible, and always exerting 100% in everything he does. He's a gentle fellow, and has even been used as a beginner horse. While he is not soft on the mouth anymore, the lightest touch at flank sends him into his command.
Jack is larger than most quarter horses. He's well muscled and has a rather stock body, with thick hindquarters that allow him to do the disciplines he does so well. He loves to run, and when he's out in the paddock, he'll be the one galloping around, bucking and jumping around, and will even try to get the other horses to play along, which usually results in the two snapping at each other until one walks away.
Jack can be quite friendly even still, and the sure fire way to his heart is nothing more than affection, and maybe a carrot treat on the side. Bring an apple to this body, and you'll see a buckskin gelding with pinned ears, and an agitated flickering tail. Bring him a carrot or sugarcubt, and his pricked ears, friendly grunts, nickered hello's, and an impatient flickering of the tail, as well as a friendly stare.
Jack was bred by the best of the best. He was produced out of Clinton Anderson's JAG, and the Fox family's very own, Rodeo Cowgirl. It ran in his bloodlines from birth to be the best of the best, and he proves that he has the bloodlines to rise to the top, as each competition he enters seems to show more and more improvement, for both he, and his rider, Felicity, whom Jack is extremely fond of. So fond, in fact, that if Felicity is giving another horse or any other animal more attention than he, she usually gets the cold shoulder from her beloved gelding.
